Brand Management: Quantum Marching Project

Example of signage promoting the Quantum line (33.5" x 70" quickscreens, with 8" additional bleed at bottom to roll into portable housing). Branded template design and production. Used extensively at tradeshows, clinics, and DCI-related (Drum Corps International) competitions and events.
Examples of ongoing template use. With time, opportunities to take live photography at drum corps events helped to evolve the look of the maturing campaign. Eventually the Quantum vehicle was de-emphasized once individual brands gained acceptance among this new, elite level of player.

The Quantum Marching Project publicized three brands in one streamlined campaign: Jupiter Marching Brass, Mapex Marching Drums, and Majestic Field Percussion, all owned by Jupiter Band Instruments, Inc.
The Quantum campaign was executed in three stages: Teaser ads, Web site and promotional items, Introductory ads, and once Quantum's brands started to gain attention among the elite drum corps target market, Endorsement ads and promotions.

T-shirt graphic designed to promote the elite Quantum line of marching instruments. Other promotional items included lanyards, printed fans and seat cushions, embroidered patches, stickers, and magnetic signage for the Quantum instrument tech's mobile workshop.
Pictured: Members of Teal Sound Drum and Bugle Corps, from Thomasville, Georgia, who were early adopters of the Quantum line. (And in case you were wondering, the gentleman at the top is sporting a tattoo of a euphonium on his left forearm!)
