Problem: The animal agriculture industry is one of the lead stressors on the environment. Yet it continues, almost entirely unchallenged, due to lack of public awareness and poor communication outlets (usually related to veganism/vegetariansim), which are often viewed as unapproachable, depressing, and/or condescending.
Problem: The animal agriculture industry is one of the lead stressors on the environment. Yet it continues, almost entirely unchallenged, due to lack of public awareness and poor communication outlets (usually related to veganism/vegetariansim), which are often viewed as unapproachable, depressing, and/or condescending.
Solution: "Cultivate" is an identity concept for a plant-based restaurant branded around the idea of sustainability. The restaurant is meant to educate the public about sustainable food choices, promote community and conversation, and create positive associations with a topic typically seen as unapproachable.
