A range of small furniture and lighting designed during a two month internship at the Jenny Pinto Studio
in association with The Kishkinda Trust, Hampi, Karnataka, using locally sourced banana fibre rope.
During my stay of four weeks in the village of Anegundi, Hampi, I understood the possibilities and limitations of the beautiful material and craft techniques.The products were hand crafted by local skilled women using techniques of weaving & crochet.
