Electronic Component Collection
Samuel J. Tekunoff explores the process of deconstructing computers and turning their parts into an exploration titled Reconstructed Hardware.
For this experiment, Tekunoff deconstructed 30 computer towers. Using only super glue as a bond, he took various computer parts and reconstructed them in a new, creative direction. Reconstructed Hardware results from his spontaneous approach, as he creates without pre-planning.
“What I like about the collection is that it gives a glimpse into the inner parts of the computer, showing the beauty and engineering masterpieces that we often take for granted.”
