This is the logo design and branding for "Watashino Tenshoku Fair" (literally My Job Change Fair), which is a job fair where people looking to change jobs and companies looking to recruit people are brought under one roof. The event supports matching by bringing people and companies together so that people can gather information about companies, and companies can brief people about themselves.
The "W" in the logo represents "Watashi" (Japanese for "I"), "Work", and "Will". The rising right arm of the "W" signifies that job change is an opportunity for career progression. The multiple colors used in the design represents the diversity in people and companies, and are also used in other graphic designs, serving to identify the event.
