DOMVS (pronounced domus) are a small estate agents just outside of Glasgow. The client, who had previously worked for a major estate agents, whom I also dealt with on a regular basis, wanted me to come up with some branding ideas and stationary that would make the company stand out from their competitors.
Using a symplistic house symbol and elegant sans-serif fonts, I then proceeded to mock-up an example of a different format of schedule (210 x 210mm), and one that would in effect make maximum use of the images and details provided for each property.
This template is still in effect since the client began his business last year.
