Late Bird
Identity & Packaging Concept 

Objective
Create an identity, logo, and packaging system for a self-conceived vodka brand with three different flavors.

Concept
The name of my new vodka is Late Bird since, if the early bird catches the worm, it stands to reason that the late bird stayed up all night partying - and is likely to continue the festivities through the morning. Thus, I created a breakfast trio of flavors that builds upon the recent development of bacon-infused everything. Vodka flavors I included are: bacon, egg and waffle.

Logo
For the main logo, I created a simplistic vector-based bird and redesigned it to work as a small accent on different parts of the bottle. Each bottle has its own sub-logo system to distinguish the individual flavors.

Packaging
In developing this packaging system I wanted to create a brand experience that would solidify my concept. Therefore, these three flavors are intended to be marketed as a breakfast trio. The box holds the three bottles on top of a pillow with two towels wrapped around the bottles to hold them in place. These items make the bottles appear to be tucked in bed, as a late bird will likely be for awhile. I truly love when a product is packaged with functional and witty extras.
