When I first arrived at Oklahoma State in 2012, the Cowboy Marching Band drumline still performed with standard white Remo bass drum heads. The organization sought to distinguish itself by taking part in Remo’s new custom graphic drum head program.

This design utilizes Oklahoma State’s four-tone Athletic brand and features a unique flare design that follows the flow of both the brand and the player wearing the drum. Each element is individually scalable to account for differing bass drum sizes, ranging from 16" to 32" in diameter, and the choice of a black base emphasizes the reflective nature of Remo’s custom graphic head line.
