The Valencian Institute for the Youth is a public institution appointed to the Ministry for Health, Social Services and Equal Opportunities, whose main activity is to promote actions to benefit the youth. In line with this activity, IVAJ is present at Expojove every year, hosting its own activity program at their stand.
Nueve Estudio and Ricardo Alcaide were assigned the design and production of the stand for IVAJ. The brief worked around the idea of ‘social diversity’.
The stand was divided into two different areas according to the activity program: the first one was designed for handicrafts and had three large tables, and the second one was an open space which could work as a reception area as well as a space for other activities in the program.
Graphic motifs representing the cultures of the world were either printed on veneered panels directly or applied on vinyl.
The result: a functional, colourful space for the little ones to enjoy.
