RUN

In the last few years, running had become important to me, as a way for me to recover from the intense anxiety that I feel. In my calmer moods, I realise the need to expend this fiery energy in a way that is safe and beneficial to my emotional and physical well-being. So I turn to running. For someone who has never liked running, this didn’t come easy at first. But being able to keep going on the path is akin to being free.

Running had become a part of my desire to improve myself. Training myself to run longer and better improves my mental stamina. It helps me to maintain an all around peace during difficult situations that might increase feelings of anxiety for me.

The data for these runs are taken from December 2015 to March 2016.
