Microsoft Delve for Windows
I was tasked, as the only designer on this project, to take Microsoft's existing web-based product from the Office 365 suite and turn it into a native Windows app for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
The app not only replicated existing functionality of the Delve web product, but also introduced new functionality to the product range, with some features being exclusive to users of the native app.
The app showed a higher week-on-week user retention than the other products in the range.
