Eternal Sunshine of The Spotless Mind
Focusing on extended, continuous camera movement and dream-like atmosphere, I created a new opening title-sequence for the Michel Gondry’s 2004 film, Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind. The brain scans represent Joel’s memory erasing procedure, and the blurry, eroding text represents the loss of Joel’s memories, which both are the central themes within the film itself.
