Lulan Artisans, a home furnishings business in Charleston, South Carolina, offered students at the Savannah College of Art and Design an opportunity to design an original packaging concept for their stores. The design's plum-colored fan motif reflplum-colored fan motif reflects the imported fabrics Lulan Artisans re-purposes from Southeast Asia. I designed the packaging to be geometric, iconic, and interactive. All packages were constructed from Canson fine art paper and feature romance copy labels bordered by Asian filigree.
