An old character model
This is a old character model I produced in early 2011, it was something I did over the summer to fill the break from university. It took about 2-3 weeks and it was before I learned how to use sculpting programs like zbrush or mudbox so the normals are produced using a Photoshop plugin.

Photoshop Concept: Used as a basic blueprint for the character. The overall design changed a few times during the process and the colour scheme was also altered. 
Head Wire frame. This is a rather high poly character so the head reflects that. I feel I could be a lot more efficient with the polys used as the hair seems a bit wasteful upon looking at it now.
Clay Render
Textured Render. I am quite happy with the overall look especially as it was my first attempt at hair. 
Full Wire frame render. The overall poly distribution feels a bit off as the head is massively poly heavy compared to the rest of the model. This was because I really wanted to do a detailed head and practise hair. 
 Full Clay render.
Full Textured Model. Overall I rather like the end result, there are some things that I would now change or alter but I am happy with it.
