»LightsOn!Director« is an application concept for multi-touch surfaces to set lights on stages in a new, redefined way. Especially created for directors and choreographers without technical qualifications the application makes possible to create unique stage lighting more intuitive and efficient.

For any kind of stage production lighting design plays an essential role as a part of the performance. Even in smaller theaters, the stage lighting is dominated by a high technical complexity, which can prevent an artistic-only approach. The gestures-controlled application »lights!Director« enables an easier and experimental way to design light compositions.
