Hero cycles is India’s largest manufactures of cycles. They have various ranges of cycles ranging from mountain bikes, girls bikes, city bikes as well as kids bikes.
They were looking to re-design their stores and give the stores a distinct brand identity.
The store needed to cater to the various ranges of product and the vast spectrum of customers from a variety of age groups and different economic backgrounds. Since Hero stores are spread across the country, sometimes even in remote locations, the ambience of the store needed to be approachable and not alienate any section of the target group while enhancing the overall brand experience.
The main challenge was to display the large number of cycles that needed to be stocked.
