FEMTOprint is a Swiss high-tech company that develops and produces 3D printed micro devices, enabling to integrate optical, fluidic and mechanical functionalities in a single monolithic substrate out of glass or other transparent materials (fused silica, borosilicate and others).

FEMTOPRINT® technology uses a femtosecond laser that changes the refractive index of the glass with a sub-micron resolution, which allows the direct writing of optical path. Wet «etching» removes the written part, forming 3D structures like microfluidic channels and micromechanical components, with high precision, aspect ratio and complexity.
