Giovanni Berlinguer is a digital 32min documentary that recovers the figure of the italian politician and doctor who was the exponent of the Health Reform in Italy, senator and deputy for several legislatures, and even today it is one of the greatest landmarks in the field of bioethics. Had an active contribution in Health Reform in Brazil, which culminated in the implementation of the Organic Law of Health and the Unified Health System, as well as training of an entire generation of Brazilian sanitarists and around the world. 

Produced in my final graduation project, with orientation of Prof. Dácia Ibiapina and Prof. Maria Fátima de Sousa, the Center for Studies in Public Health at the University of Brasilia, and supported by the Ministry of Health and the Oswaldo Cruz Foundation. I sign this documentary research, script, filming (Italy and Brazil) and editing.

Giovanni Berlinguer é um documentário digital de 32min que resgata a figura do político e médico italiano que foi expoente da Reforma Sanitária na Itália, senador e deputado italiano por diversas legislaturas, e ainda hoje é uma das maiores referências no campo da Bioética. Teve contribuição ativa na Reforma Sanitária no Brasil, que culminou na implantação da Lei Orgânica da Saúde e do Sistema Único de Saúde, bem como na formação de toda uma geração de sanitaristas brasileiros e de todo o mundo.

Produzido em meu projeto final de graduação, com orientação da Professora Dácia Ibiapina, da Faculdade de Comunicação e também da Prof. Maria Fátima de Sousa, do Núcleo de Estudos em Saúde Pública da Universidade de Brasília, e com apoio do Ministério da Saúde e da Fundação Oswaldo Cruz. Nele assino a pesquisa, o roteiro, as filmagens (Itália e Brasil) e edição.
