Project Summary
Video Conferencing was a pilot program that would allow financial advisors to have a secure meeting with clients through the Merrill Lynch iPad app.
The final experience for this pilot would allow clients to navigate the app, while in the video conference and screenshare information with their advisor. Also, in the final phase, financial advisors and clients would be able to set up appointments in the app.
My role as UX Lead and Interaction Designer
As UX Lead for this project, I managed timelines, presented concepts to business partners and executives to secure project funding, and collaborated with visual design, editorial and development team members to deliver a complete user experience.
My interaction design responsibilities included, creating and revising prototypes in Axure and producing all phases of draft and final annotated wires to drive business requirements.
