My first portraits (and my only portraits)
Nearly all my pen and ink work was done in 1991 -- the only time in my life (other than perhaps 7th-grade art class) that I took some serious time to devote to drawing. I was still a novice and had no idea that the techniques I would make up for the hair, eyes, and lips would turn out so well.
