cake aux olives et au boursin

Ingredients (serves 6): - 100 g of black or green olives, pitted
- 150 g of Boursin (or garlic and herb cheese)
- 100 g ham into thick slices
- 200 g flour
- 1 packet of dry yeast
- 4 eggs
- 10 cl olive oil
- 10 cl dry white wine
- butter
- salt and pepper
Remove the cheese 20 minutes before preparation.
Preheat oven to 180 ° C (Th 6).
Cut the olives into slices, diced ham and crumbled cheese.
In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, salt and eggs. Pour the white wine and oil, whisking.
Add olives, ham, Boursin.
Butter a loaf pan, pour the preparation and cook for 50 minutes; serve warm.
