Stage 2 of Semester 2 was supervised by Simon Leeman, an architect from graham mitchell architects. After stage 1, and planning permission was approved by Simon, students were tasked with producing appropriate drawings for a Building Warrant application. as well as producing Product Information drawings.
The tasks involved in Stage 2:
Prepare appropriate documentation; Building Warrant application filled with appropriate information and supplementary documents.
Develop and prepare appropriate drawings to submit with Building Warrant application.
Referring to Building Regulations to ensure that specific aspects of design complied with the regulations.
Detail drawings of setting out/lay out.
