Background: Vietnamese people form the largest immigrant community in the Czech Republic. In August 2016, Emirates launched a new route from Prague to Hanoi, targeting Vietnamese leisure travelers who wished to visit their hometown during summer vacation. Given the target audience’s media habit, we came up with a print-based campaign to communicate not only the airline’s superior services, but also the destination’s nostalgic feel.
Key message: Take a trip down memory lane with Emirates.
Creative strategy: Get the key message across via 3 interrelated routes: Hanoi Destination, Family Reunion, and Emirates’ Services.
