Antonio Junior (Miami)'s profile

The Urban Financial Services Coalition

Florida Conservation, Inc., founder Antonio Junior oversees the financial direction of his company in Miami Springs, Florida. Antonio Junior previously led the Miami-Dade Urban Bankers Association, a part of the National Association of Urban Bankers, which is now called the Urban Financial Services Coalition (UFSC).

The UFSC works to empower marginalized communities through improved access to financial services. The organization’s two-part objective relies on first encouraging an interest in finance in diverse communities and ensuring the proper scholarships and support systems are in place. Secondly, the organization seeks to improve financial services in historically underserved areas, facilitating financial empowerment in those communities.

All UFSC members gain access to its wealth of resources. They can attend an array of training classes and seminars, both online and in person. These classes and meetings provide unlimited networking opportunities with industry professionals and community leaders. The UFSC also maintains a national job bank, so members can find work with like-minded professionals anywhere in the United States.
