Scope of Work: Property Naming, Logo and Identity Creation, Strategic Marketing Strategy
The name BluWater and its identity design were conceptualized to reflect the coastal waters of the area. I designed the logo as splashes of watercolor, in soothing blues and greens. The typeface was also designed to work in a variety of color combinations.
This project won the 2013 Laurel Award "Best Logo" from the North East Florida Builders Association's Sales and Marketing Council.
