As a line producer of "Historietas Assombradas" - The Movie, I developed activities such as:
◾ monitoring budget and production schedule to keep the film on time and within budget;
◾ answering to the studio and acts as a liaison between the crew and the executive producer;
◾ approving additional expenses;
◾ helping the director reaching his artistic vision for the film;
◾ dealing with crises;
◾ coordination of teams and distribution of tasks;
◾ monitoring the developments of the movie;
◾ implementing improvements throughout the production process.
