Hi, we’re Plain English. We’re a full-service creative agency, offering everything from advertising to brochures to digital communications. We started up in 2010 with one simple intention: to do things better.

To us that means being honest, open and as direct as possible. In our work, in our relationships with clients, and with ourselves.

Our agency may be new, but our team has been around. We’ve all done our time in larger agencies, shaping brands and creating award-winning work for clients big and small. There are some things large agencies do well. And some not so much. We’ve kept the things that work and learned from the things that don’t. This can be a wasteful business. And that’s not who we are.

We’re big fans of keeping things simple. Simple communications are always the most engaging. And engaging your customers is what we’re about.

The same is also true of how we do business. We don’t complicate our relationships with unnecessary people and procedures. You’ll deal directly with the people directly involved with your business. It’s an easier way to get to the bottom of what you need, and to deliver some exciting and compelling creative work. The kind that drives sales and propels your brand forward.

We’re not big. And we’re not ashamed of that. Staying small means we never get set in our ways. We can respond to your needs without having to slow down to consult a management team. Because we are the management team.

It also means there’s no system for your work to get lost in and no meetings about meetings creeping onto our bill.
