It all started with formal explorations of the word, in a sort of visual brainstorming of possibilities.
After selecting one, refinement took place in multiple layers of tracing paper.
The vectoring process happened years after the workshop, as back then I was just a beginner at this "digital craftmanship"—as I like to call it—that is the translation to vector. Over the years I've practiced and developed a keener perception of form-counterform relationship, curves and details, which resulted in this recent vector lettering:
