Architecture Design
Mavrica Kindergarten is the largest building of its kind in Slovenia. It was skillfully designed as a continuous spatial loop surrounding the children’s playground. The outdoor space grows from the closed central atrium to the northern part for older age-groups. The sunny playrooms are oriented towards the spacious playground, while the roof construction organically fits into the playground. The interior-spaces are designed for functional and multi-purpose use.
