In redesigning the First Division Museum's website, the most important factor was navigation. The previous website's navigation system was scattered across the page and extremely difficult to follow. I incorporated JQuery dropdown menus to simplify navigating the site. I also added breadcrumbs to the top of all pages after the landing page, so that users wouldn't get lost while browsing the large amounts of content. After I completed the design and front-end development, I passed the files along to BlueSpan, a third-party web development company, to handle the back-end ASP.NET development.
