Antonio Junior (Miami)'s profile

Safe, Effective Fuel Reclamation Services

During his time as president of Diversified Management International at the Miami International Airport, Antonio Junior managed a large workforce to create a range of airport solutions dealing with baggage checkroom facilities and airport security. Antonio Junior also founded Florida Conservation Inc. (FCI), a fuel reclamation service in Miami Springs, Florida.

Customers using a rental car are usually required to return the car with a full tank. When the cars are ready to be retired, they are usually taken out of rotation with a tank full of usable gas. Rather than let this gas go to waste, FCI can bring in the expertise and technology to siphon the gas from the old car and reclaim it for reuse. Considering that gas typically costs around $2.60 per gallon and FCI’s services cost $1.05 per gallon, using reclaimed fuel can save car rental companies substantial amounts of money.

While it is theoretically possible to do the siphoning process without a subcontractor, special equipment is required, and FCI provides federally approved equipment that meets the OSHA and Air Quality Management boards' standards. The company also provides best practices for bypassing the anti-siphoning technology that many cars have in place to avoid theft. With $2 million of liability insurance in place, FCI's goal is to provide fuel reclamation services in the safest, fastest, and most effective way possible.
