This project is the collision of two things that I love: mixology and sculpture. I've always been fascinated by the work of Fausto Melotti, a great Italian artist of the early '900. And I'm an alcoholic...so why not making a personal project out of it?
I wanted to create a simil graphic layout with all the ingredients on the same level, reaching a semi-bidimensional image. I handcrafted all the thin wire supports and suspended the ingredients one by one. I get a sense of instability and at the same time a strong feeling of grace and lightness.
