Sandy Treks is a prototype app, designed and developed for an assessment. Living down the South Coast of NSW with the beautiful scenery and pristine beaches, one of the most popular things to do is explore. We all love to find unique and new places where the people are sparse and the views are priceless. Using this to my advantage, I decided to design a way-finding solution that allows people to use an application on their phone to locate and discover hiking trails within the region.
Within the app, there is links to Google maps, where I have mapped out the hiking trails as well as any other activities along that trail. *Please keep in mind this is a prototype and therefore there is some limitations for features within the app*.
