How do we build on past success and prepare for the future?

Challenge
Herkules Capital is a leading Private Equity firm operating between Norway and Singapore. They invest in and develop businesses with strong growth potential accumulating in a total of NOK 15 billion raised to date. Typically with many B2B’s in the finance sector such a focus on rigour and reason led to a decline in the business image. What do they stand for…? How should they express themselves…? Were just some of the questions they posed to Mission as they sought to reclaim their identity.

After several discussions with senior partners we uncovered that Herkules are unique among investors, owing much of their success to close cooperation with owners and management teams to strengthen businesses for the long term. “Building tomorrow’s winners” became the brand concept subscribed by all as the united focus of the firm. Mission set out to express this through a new identity, tighter, dynamic language focussed on process and success factors. Whilst new imagery shot by Damian Heinisch visualised the aspiring ambitions of the company.
Results
The solution has consolidated Herkules’ ambitions in a bold new identity that gives the company renewed focus and distinguishes them in a highly selective world.
