This is a very simple site. The client's preferred colour pallet was yellow and blue to fit their branding, and I realised quickly that we could turn this into a simple, effective design. Whilst I discussed this with the graphic designer, I worked on the copy. Based on the fact that the end user is making a panic-buy at a difficult time, I chose to make it direct, simple and reassuring, with a friendly and approachable tone. This means that the user doesn't have to wade about through lots of irrelevant information when they need answers quickly.
