With the web department only just beginning, we were finding things out along the way. One thing we noticed repeatedly with customers was that they didn’t understand our process, so we came up with a set of icons, an infographic, and a set of emails to send a consistent, clear, and helpful message.
Billy’s Homestead
As with most diners, Billy’s Homestead had an extensive menu, but no photos of their food. I worked with their menu sections to create them this set of icons for their website.
WNY Sprayfoam
WNY Sprayfoam is a company that specializes in the installation of sprayfoam insulation. Their website aims to educate their customers, people who don’t need to know much about the actual technology, but need to be convinced of it’s positive features. I made these icons to help break up and illustrate their main points.

Stately Pet Supply cares about its customers and their pets. They wanted a clean website that showed all the benefits of shopping at their store.
