Profile completion. The product KPI shows that our profile completion rate needs some improvements on the funnel. Users skip this task, it has a business downside and the product couldn't finely match the users without detailed profiles. I was focusing on the best way to improve the user experience within this boring multi-choice questionnaire task, I answered by offering a friendly compact visual interface, we tested this new design, it was a huge win.
