Self contained outdoor fresh fruit juice kiosk
The kiosk was laid out in a way to maximize vertical and floor space. Designed ergonomically for 3 workers at any given time, the kiosk allows them to prepare fresh fruit juice in an assembly line fashion. Starting with pre-preparation, followed by preparation of the juice to the final serving to the customer with the garnishes requested. The kiosk is also designed to manage waste water and foodstuffs with separate bins. More features are listed in the image below.
