Science Fiction Typography is a typographic storytelling of most popular American science fiction
magazines published between 1930 and 1970. The typographic analysis mainly focuses
on cover headlines.
We gave to the magazine a vintage look by keeping it folded into our back pockets for days.
It comes sealed in a thin plastic wrap with hand-written price on the upper-right corner.
Magazines featured in Science Fiction Typography include Amazing Stories, Marvel Science
Stories, Astounding Stories, Fantasy Thrilling Science Fiction and many more.
We developed this editorial project as final thesis for our Type Design class at Politecnico di Milano
School Of Design (Milan, Italy) in 2008.
