Why you should start your first business while still at university???

There are many examples of successful entrepreneurs who started major projects and ultimately their first businesses straight out of their dorm rooms. Mark Zuckerberg built Facebook by realizing that the students around him at Harvard wanted to get regular updates on what the others were doing. Larry Page and Sergey Brin ended up being funded by the University where both of them were working on their PhDs. The research they were doing led directly to them developing what became Google search. The developers of Snapchat came across the idea for their business accidentally after creating an app that was not all that successful. At the time of their ‘failure’, both were enrolled as students at Stanford.

These are all examples of brilliant ideas and start-ups that were started at university which brought their developers both fame and fortune.
Entrepreneur Andrew Jarvis says that ‘for anyone with an ambition to start their own business, a university is a perfect place to try your hand’.
