At the Arts of Fashion workshop class directed by Herman Frankhauser of Wendy and Jim, we were instructed to create a garment, that once removed would lie completely flat.  We were given one 5 yard piece of twill (here in pink) and a vintage dress (here in lavendar) to use for detailing and embellishments.
