How do you balance giving out printed coupon cards while still maintaining a higher brand perception? This was the main challenge with the discount card. We choose elevated product shots, restricted color, and a badge like icon to give a consumer the feeling they were part of a cool club rather than just getting thrown a quick discount. The photography also reinforced  the excitement of skaters building  they’re own custom complete skateboard.
