As a solution for the disconnection between silo- departments, we set out unify Active under a language and strategy. Establishing a foundation through our core customers, the ECM model expanded into every department. A simple and easy visual presentation was developed to internally educate. The results was a resounding success with departments immediately adopting the strategy and moving forward as a team.
