Our client wanted to put a twist on average real estate promotion and create a lifestlye magaizine that would be distributed quarterly. We not only highlight market updates, tips from lenders and the latest sale spotlight, but also what to do, see and experience in the bay area. This could be anything from a new restaurant opening to swing dancing at your local bar.

We decided on a format that woud unique but still easily mailable. The format is a double folded newletter that is instantly recognizable and something potential clients would expect every few months to give them the lastest market and community updates.
