During infancy, a child can crawl in and around Toby, accessing most of his fun activities. His rolling feet lock into place and the child can use him to start finding their balance. Unlocking his feet, Toby can be pushed around by his tail and help the child gain confidence and stability in their walking. Once comfortable, the child can sit on Toby's back and ride him around, using his ears and swiveling head to steer.
