Pamela Williams is a beautiful and passionate woman whose life and identity was transformed after seeing and holding her oldest niece for the first time. Now an auntie of six, she has been captivated by a future in birth work and driven by a firm belief that all women deserve to have a happy and healthy pregnancy and birth experience.
This belief has guided Pamela to pursue midwifery as a profession and she desired her brand to represent the birthing experience as sacred, powerful and natural. A rustic, hand-drawn script logo suited Pamela’s vision. The name Birthstone recalls the imagery of a large stone that ancient women would use to stand on as they gave birth. Thus, a stone pattern containing custom illustrations that represent earth, mankind, birth and healing was created as a powerful symbol of all that Birthstone Mama and Baby Care exemplifies.
