Main Concept
As Noise Singapore is moving into their 11th year of gathering, promoting and engaging talents from
various creative and artistic platform, we came up with a concept that we hope will be able to actively
engage the general public. We have therefore proposed a concept that incorporates the notion of colours,
and the significance of colours in our lives. Our proposed tagline to accompany this concept is “Colour
Your Noise”, which we believe is an impactful call-to-action statement that encourages people to get
actively involved in the arts.

People have different “noises” – be it the visual arts, music, acting, and so on. Through this series of
collaterals, we hope to encourage them to find the colour to their “noise”, and in extension, add colour to
their lives.

How we carried out the concept
Inspired by the “Querkles masterpieces” colouring book and the recent trend, the “Enchanted forest”
colouring book, the entire series of collaterals is made such that it resembles a colouring book. Through
this series of collaterals, we are encouraging the targeted audience to join in the fun and express their
creativity through colouring. We hope to send out a message that resonates with the target audience.
We came up with illustrations that are made up of circles. The circles that are coming towards the word
“Noise” represent the talents that Noise Singapore gathers, as well as the general public.We added colours to part of the illustrations in order to attract and engage the audience to continue completing the colours, as we encourage them to colour their noise.
