Democracy Burlesque | PsychoNATO, 2012 Season

DB, 2012 Season | PsychoNATO
PsychoNATO poster, photo manipulation, lettering

DB had built a show around the G8 summit controversy. However, as the event changed location, the poster had to be re-designed from scratch. The idea for the show also changed radically. This poster was inspired  by the famous "Big Suit" from Talking Heads' album/movie Stop Making Sense. The censured information relates to the secretive nature and the lack of information related to NATO (G8) and our own Chicago's Mayor Rahm Emanuel.

The lo-fi printing is consistent with the re-branding strategy. The newly designed logo, feature on this poster, is also part of that.
