Holland & Hart Emerging Growth Practice Brochure

The Emerging Growth practice group brochure was created for highly-creative entrepreneurs and principals of start-up companies and emerging businesses.

It communicates the six key areas of interest for new businesses which coincide with the group’s primary areas of emphasis: Formation, Financing, Mergers & Acquisitions, Intellectual Property, and International Law.

In fact, the production of the brochure itself was a feat of paper engineering.
In close collaboration with our printer and diemaker, we determined the largest sheet size we could use, which meant we’d have to print offset.

It was a meticulous process to assure that the brochure panels would nestle together like wings and fold flatly.
After preparing several precise mockups, the diemaker fabricated, tested, and adjusted the die to perfection.

The brochure and inserts were printed 4/4 process with an aqueous coating on 100# Sterling Ultra Satin Cover by Ray Ruth at Prographics and diecut by Kemeis Dies.

We selected the hexagon shape because it fits these six key areas and occurs in the honeycomb of bees.
The hexagon pattern represents the Holland & Hart values of networking, collaboration, and reliability.
In addition, honeycomb structures have been used in engineering and scientific applications in the aerospace, construction, and audio industries.
