The following chapter contains work made by students from The Scandinavian Design College in November 2015, where Mads Bjørn Christiansen and arranged an intense one-week workshop, challenging the students ability to observe and speculate.
To venture into creating architecture is a dialogue between actualities and dreams; between observing and to imagining. In this workshop we deal with the art of observing and the ability to speculate. Based on a number of selected vegetables, we will together select, process, prepare, wreak, servers, devour and digest spatial experiments. All with the purpose to produce something edible, something unforeseen, and thereby refine, understand and learn about the process of bringing something into existence.
